Great fast service and the food was delightful. If I lived here I'd be a regular. Yelp wants me to write more but I don't set the point. The sushi is good. Go there.

We have eaten here several times, always a great meal. John the server is awesome. They know us when we walk in and very friendly. The Sushi is the best I have tasted, and Ive tried a lot.

Things don't necessarily taste bad but the name of the game is Skimpy. One piece of ginger with 3 maki. One piece of broccoli on the "vegetable hibachi" dinner. Two shrimp with the dinner bento box. Half portions of rice. You get the picture. Interestingly, I mentioned to the waiter that only piece of broccoli came with the entire vegetable hibachi meal and he said he would get me some more. He never did. :-/

Good food! Sushi is always good. Can't really complain about anything at Haiku. Very clean and stylish. White sauce is delicious. They have a small little sushi bar with tv's. If we don't get sushi we get their Hibachi chicken with fried rice and vegetables. Make your mouth water!

I arrived around 2:00 and I was the only diner in the place. Staff was courteous (except girl at front desk...she wasn't rude just not welcoming). I ordered the "Angry Dragon" it was delicious! I will definitely come back! Yummy!

Went here for dinner and had an okay experience. They seemed understaffed, we waited quite a while for someone to just take our drink order. I ended up getting the bento box with teriyaki chicken. The soup and salad were good, and so was the food in the bento box. During our meal, a few people left because they were seated and never spoken to again. Also, next time I'll be sitting in a booth, the chairs at the table were terribly uncomfortable.

Great value, the ahi poki was amazing with a great portion size. I also tried the spicy salmon roll which tasted fresh with lots of fish and minimal rice. Seaweed salad was also great.

What a shocker! So here we were, my girlfriend and I just driving along US 19, heading from Palm Harbor to Tallahassee when hunger struck! Knowing that anything past this area would only offer fast food at the hour, we decided to pull into a plaza with a few restaurant options. Who would have thought some of the best sushi I have ever had, from Miami to NYC to San Francisco, would be located in Springhill, FL?!? Keeping it reasonably light, we ordered the Pink Lady and Knock Out rolls. On presentation, we were already rolling in a positive direction. The pink lady was wrapped in a pink soy-wrap befitting for its name. The Knock-Out was adorned with salmon and avocado slices on top of the crunchy innards. On taste...wow! Fresh! Texture! Flavor! The pink lady was a soft, slightly sweet measure of deep tastes and the knock-out was a fantastic combo of soft, crunchy, with JUST the right amount of spice. To boot, the service was exceptional and the waiter and sushi chef were incredible friendly. Whether you're a Spring Hill native or just passing through like us, I recommend you stop into Haiku for some of the best sushi around. I'll definitely be back.

Love coming here. Food is fantastic and they are so nice here. Sushi very fresh and appealing. Love getting hibachi without the show and sitting strangers!

The variety and quality of sushi here is amazing. The prices are very reasonable as well. We had the angry dragon roll and the volcano roll. Both were delicious. Spring Hill isn't exactly the epicenter of culinary delights, but this place is putting forth a tremendous effort. Haiku can hold its own, and stacks up well against a lot of sushi places I've been to in other areas. The service was prompt and courteous. I'll definitely come here again when I'm in the area.

Wanted to update my review. Still Delicious and fresh! Online ordering from their website has been helpful for cravings I have to satisfy, but have no time to sit. I drive up, and John or Ping have it ready for me to jump in the car and go! I hate to confess I have eaten Sushi on the road. But it's healthier than a burger and easy to pop a few delicious pieces at stop lights :)

Date night! Came here Saturday evening and we were seated right away. The restaurant smelled amazing when we walked in. There was a table being served Hibachi and it looked great. The staff was very friendly. Our waiter was very attentive. We ordered a delicious Kani Su/crab salad appetizer. Followed by several different rolls. Since this was our first trip here we ordered a mix of three basic rolls and two special rolls. The first to come was a cucumber wrapped roll with salmon, yellowtail, and tuna, inside. It was fresh and delicious. We also had the crunchy spicy tuna roll, sweet potato roll, & Philadelphia roll. They were all great. Hard to pick a favorite here. Then we had the Mango Shrimp roll and it was awesome. The only thing I didn't love was their Miso soup. It seemed slightly bland to me but my husband liked it. I love that the rolls were very fresh and natural. The presentation was beautiful and they were not covered in sauces or mayonnaise. I can't wait to go back and try more!!!!

Delish with a side of awesome service. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness, even the air was clean and refreshing. We had ginger salads, chicken lettuce wrap, and some got saki to start. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi (of course I had some) and it was great. He recommend it as well. I order the sushi special of the night, the Tuna Trio Roll, which was amazing. I also ordered the Olympian roll which continued the delicious trend of the evening. I entirely too full now but cannot wait to come back again. I have to say I've been coming to weeki wachee/spring hill for my river house since I was born and was pleasantly surprised about this gem. This place beats out the majority of the Tampa Sushi restaurants and is one of my too picks. Nothing beats fresh, voluptuous sushi :)

Don't get the soup- no flavor. This restaurant was good but not the best. The fish appeared fresh which is good but i just found the rolls to be mediocre. Stick to the basic rolls Cali or spicy tuna, the signature roll was ok. The fish preparation could have been more consistent.

I went here for my Birthday and they were just incredible! The service was wonderful and they gave us a free dessert of fried ice cream for my birthday! I was so happily surprised with them! As for the sushi, I have been to a lot of sushi places in many places in the country and this one is in my top 5 for sure! It was absolutely delicious with incredible presentation and tasty combinations! I will definitly go back every time I can! I am so impressed! SO DARN GOOD!!

We went for dinner tonight based on other excellent reviews. I went in with my parents with trepidation. I live in Seattle so I have exposure to excellent Sushi. The food was exceptional. All fresh and prepared well. You would not expect to find great Japanese food in a strip mall next to Publix but there it is and I would highly recommend you try it.

This was extremely good sushi for very good price! My boyfriend and I shared a weed salad and a sushi and sashimi combo and had plenty to eat! The staff was also very friendly.

Very good Sushi and excellent, highly attentive service. Only downside is that the Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) was over-fried and tough. Wife's Bento box Teriyaki was excellent. Good-sized portions and restaurant was clean and comfortable. We'll return.
